First steps with FEST

Welcome to FEST! We are delighted to assist you in creating the perfect mobile application for your music festival. This simple guide will help you navigate the platform and configure the essential elements of your application.


1. Login and Platform Discovery

Once logged into your FEST account on the backstage, you will discover an intuitive interface designed to facilitate the management of your event. The main sections are clearly identified in the navigation menu at the top. Let's explore the first steps to bring your application to life.


2. Add your Artists

To begin building your program, the first step is to add the artists who will thrill your audience.

Go to the "Artists" section. Here you will find a simple interface to add new artists, including their name, a description, photos, and much more.

3. Define the Venues

The Stages of your Event Does your festival take place on different stages? No problem! You can easily add and manage them in FEST.

Click on the "Venues" section. Here, you can create and name your different stages (Main Stage, Discovery Stage, etc.).


4. Create the Performance Schedules

Once your artists and venues are defined, you can start building the schedule for your festival.

Make sure you have at least one artist and one venue created. Then navigate to the "Schedules" section. On the right-hand column, you will find an interface to add performance slots. Simply select: The artist who will perform. The venue where the performance will take place. The start time of the performance. The end time of the performance.

5. Customize your App's Colors

The visual identity of your application is crucial to immerse your audience in the atmosphere of your event.

Go to the "Settings" section. Here you will find all the customization options, including colors, fonts, background images, and logos. Important Information: In this section, you will also find the detailed graphic requirements to help you create visuals perfectly suited to your application.

Preview and Go Live: Visualize Before Launching

Want to see what your application looks like in real-time? Click the "Preview" button. A QR code will appear. Scan it with your smartphone to access a demo of your application in its current editing state.

Important: This preview version is hidden and not visible to the public. It's an excellent way to test and validate your application before making it available to everyone.
