How to add a B2B set to the schedule

Electronic music lovers, you'll need to schedule a B2B set with two artists in the app. Here's how to do it: - Add both artists in the "Artists" section. - Click on "Schedule" and then "Add Schedule". - Select "Add Multiple Artists Schedule". Enter the following information: - Event Name: Artist1 B2B Artist2 - Stage - Description: Add the event description (to promote your two artists). - Date / Time At the bottom of the page, you'll find an "Artists" section. Add the artists who will be participating in this B2B set. Each artist will have their own dedicated page with their information, and the B2B will appear correctly in the festival schedule.

Scheduling events past midnight

FEST uses only the start date for scheduling. For events after midnight, the process is straightforward. For a single artist performing after midnight, simply enter the starting date of the day the event begins. The platform will automatically determine and display the correct date. Example: For a show on Friday night, use Friday as the start date. Here's an illustration: Kendrick Lamar's performance on the night of September 13th, from 2 AM to 3 AM (effectively September 14th).

Hiding the schedule from your App

Schedule management is a key element in ensuring an optimal experience for your festival-goers. To allow you to prepare and publish your schedules with complete peace of mind, the FEST Backstage CMS offers precise control over the visibility of this information. Here's the procedure to follow: Step 1: Disabling Schedule Display - Log in to your FEST Backstage space: backstage.festapp.io - Go to the "Settings" section. - Then, navigate to the "Information" tab. - Ensure that the schedule display option is disabled. This step allows you to enter your schedules without them being immediately visible to app users. Step 2: Entering Your Schedules - Access the "Schedule" section. - You can now enter all your schedules, modify them, and complete them without stress. Step 3: Publishing Your Schedules - Once your schedule programming is finalized, return to the "Settings" section, "Information" tab. - Enable the schedule display option to make them visible on the FEST application. Tips and Recommendations: - By disabling the schedule display in the settings, you ensure peace of mind when entering your information. - This feature offers you complete control over when your schedules are published. - Keep in mind that this option manages the visibility of the entire schedule. To hide individual schedules, you can set them to "Draft" directly from the schedule page.
